Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and reach for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Capacity to work in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and on-call as necessary
  • Ability to operate a golf cart on property

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous groundskeeping, maintenance, or landscaping experience is helpful
  • Valid driver's license to operate golf cart
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
  • Maintain storage areas and trash dumpsters
  • Complete minor and routine service requests
  • Assist make-ready specialist in apartment turnover process
  • Change locks and ensure pool gates comply with safety codes
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Identify and report hazards to supervisors
  • Provide respectful customer service and respond to maintenance complaints
  • Participate in safety meetings and trainings
  • Report accidents and incidents promptly
