Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior property maintenance experience preferred
- valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry, and crawl in confined spaces
- willingness to travel occasionally
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- valid driver’s license
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of safety and risk management practices
Job Duties
- Inspect community to remove litter and debris
- remove trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
- complete minor service requests and assist with unit make-ready
- change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety codes
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- report hazards and safety concerns
- demonstrate respect and respond to resident maintenance complaints
