Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and manual labor
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Basic knowledge of property maintenance procedures
  • Ability to follow safety protocols
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property
  • Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
  • Good communication skills for interacting with residents and team members
  • Ability to perform minor repair and service tasks
  • Commitment to safety and risk-management practices

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
  • Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
  • Assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
  • Change locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates comply with codes and safety standards
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report observed hazards or dangerous situations
  • Demonstrate customer service by treating residents with respect and responding to maintenance complaints
  • Comply with safety and risk-management policies by attending safety meetings and completing required training
