Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical activities including bending, stooping, climbing ladders, carrying up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Capable of handling routine minor maintenance tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Willingness to attend safety meetings and complete required training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license required for golf cart operation
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with residents respectfully
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards
- Ability to complete minor service requests and assist with apartment turnover
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
Job Duties
- Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and maintain cleanliness of common areas and amenities
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned and assist make-ready specialist during apartment turns
- Change locks according to property policy and ensure pool area gates comply with safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary
- Report hazards or potentially dangerous situations affecting residents, team members, and guests
- Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect and responding to maintenance complaints sensitively
- Comply with safety and risk-management policies including attending safety meetings and reporting incidents promptly
- Operate golf carts safely on property as required
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in all weather conditions
