Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and crawl
- Must be willing to travel occasionally to other properties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or maintenance preferred
- Valid driver's license for operating golf carts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA
- Ability to operate basic landscaping and maintenance equipment
Job Duties
- Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready
- Complete minor and routine service requests
- Assist make-ready specialist in the turn process
- Change locks and ensure safety compliance of pool gates
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Identify and report hazards for safety
