Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like bending, stooping, and climbing
- availability for occasional travel to other properties or trainings
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in groundskeeping or maintenance preferred
- valid driver's license required to operate golf cart on property
- basic knowledge of grounds maintenance equipment and safety procedures
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- strong attention to detail and commitment to community appearance
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- ensure common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter
- remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- transfer trash to dumpsters or storage areas
- clean and maintain storage areas
- complete assigned minor and routine service requests from supervisors
- assist make-ready specialists with apartment turns
- change all locks according to property policy
- ensure pool gates are working according to codes and safety standards
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
- demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect and responding to complaints
- comply with safety and risk management policies including attending safety meetings and training
- report accidents and incidents promptly and accurately
