Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Willingness to attend safety training and participate in safety meetings
- Ability to report incidents and hazards promptly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of safety and risk management policies
Job Duties
- Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Removes trash and items from vacant apartments and maintains storage areas
- Completes assigned minor and routine service requests
- Changes locks and ensures pool area gates function according to safety standards
- Distributes notices and communications to residents
- Informs supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
- Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and complaints
