Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- flexible work schedule including availability for evening, weekend and holiday call shifts
- willingness to attend occasional training, meetings or travel as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- valid driver’s license
- knowledge of safety and risk management principles
- ability to operate golf cart on property
- good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to the make-ready process
- complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- change all locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates comply with safety codes
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect and responding to service complaints
- comply with safety and risk-management policies including attending safety meetings and completing OSHA training
