Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexible work schedule including evening, weekend, and holiday call
- Must comply with safety policies and participate in required trainings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- Experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety and risk management protocols
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or assisting other properties
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- Assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- Change all locks according to property policy
- Ensure pool gates are working according to safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
- Demonstrate customer service skills by respectfully interacting with residents
- Comply with safety and risk-management policies by attending safety meetings and trainings
