Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry, and crawl in confined areas
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Flexible work schedule including evening, weekend, and holiday call
  • Must comply with safety policies and participate in required trainings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
  • Experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of safety and risk management protocols
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training or assisting other properties

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
  • Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
  • Assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
  • Change all locks according to property policy
  • Ensure pool gates are working according to safety standards
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
  • Demonstrate customer service skills by respectfully interacting with residents
  • Comply with safety and risk-management policies by attending safety meetings and trainings
