Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months previous apartment or commercial janitorial experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and time management skills required
- Organized with high level of attention to detail
- Willingness to work weekends when needed
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of apartment grounds and common areas
- Perform routine janitorial tasks including trash removal and sweeping
- Monitor and report maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Assist with landscaping duties such as mowing and trimming
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks
- Work collaboratively with property management staff
