Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to work in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation for rare or regular travel
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of safety and risk management policies
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance procedures
- Ability to lift and maneuver weights up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Inspect the community for litter, debris, and pet droppings throughout the day
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- Assist make-ready specialist in the turn process
- Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards and maintain safety compliance
- Demonstrate respectful customer service and respond to maintenance complaints
- Attend safety meetings and complete required training
- Report accidents and incidents accurately
