Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call during evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation for rare or regular travel

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Understanding of safety and risk management policies
  • Basic knowledge of property maintenance procedures
  • Ability to lift and maneuver weights up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community for litter, debris, and pet droppings throughout the day
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
  • Assist make-ready specialist in the turn process
  • Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety standards
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards and maintain safety compliance
  • Demonstrate respectful customer service and respond to maintenance complaints
  • Attend safety meetings and complete required training
  • Report accidents and incidents accurately
