Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with help
- capacity to work in all weather conditions
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavy objects
- readiness to attend training, meetings, and occasional travel as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart
- strong customer service skills
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting and bending
- basic knowledge of safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- complete minor and routine service requests
- assist make-ready specialist in apartment turns
- change locks according to property policy
- ensure pool area gates comply with safety standards
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- report hazards or dangerous situations
- exhibit excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and complaints
- comply with safety and risk-management policies and attend safety trainings
