Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with help
  • capacity to work in all weather conditions
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavy objects
  • readiness to attend training, meetings, and occasional travel as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
  • valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to perform physical labor including lifting and bending
  • basic knowledge of safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • complete minor and routine service requests
  • assist make-ready specialist in apartment turns
  • change locks according to property policy
  • ensure pool area gates comply with safety standards
  • distribute notices and communications to residents
  • report hazards or dangerous situations
  • exhibit excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and complaints
  • comply with safety and risk-management policies and attend safety trainings
