Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds independently or 50 pounds with assistance
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- valid driver's license to operate golf cart
- willingness to travel occasionally
- ability to handle physical demands of the job
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or similar roles preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong customer service skills
- knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- change locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates meet safety standards
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
