Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate golf cart on property
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas for extended periods
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training
- Physical stamina
Job Qualifications

- Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or building maintenance preferred

- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- Change all locks in accordance with the propertys policy and ensure gates to all pool areas are working according to codes and safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary
- Inform appropriate supervisors of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation for residents, team members, guests and others
- Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering resident questions, and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services
- Comply with Greystars safety and risk-management policies by attending and participating in the properties routine safety meetings, completing required training on OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements, and by reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately
