Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous maintenance or property management experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to operate a golf cart on property

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in maintenance or property management preferred
  • Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing
  • Knowledge of safety standards and procedures

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
  • Complete minor and routine service requests and assist in unit turnover
  • Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety codes
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards and dangerous situations promptly
  • Demonstrate respectful customer service and respond to maintenance complaints
  • Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and safety policies
