Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance or property management experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate a golf cart on property
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in maintenance or property management preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
Job Duties
- Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor and routine service requests and assist in unit turnover
- Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety codes
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards and dangerous situations promptly
- Demonstrate respectful customer service and respond to maintenance complaints
- Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and safety policies
