Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, carrying, and crawling
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Capacity to lift or maneuver up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexible work schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training
- Commitment to comply with safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of safety and risk management practices
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Job Duties
- Inspect the community for litter, debris, and pet waste throughout the day
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- Complete minor and routine service requests as directed
- Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- Provide courteous and respectful customer service to residents
