Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying, and crawling in confined spaces
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to push or pull weights up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and take on-call shifts
Ability to travel occasionally for training or support at other properties

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license required to operate golf cart on property
Basic knowledge of property maintenance and safety standards
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred

Job Duties

Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas
Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
Change all locks in accordance with property policies and ensure gates to pool areas work according to codes and safety standards
Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary
Inform supervisors of any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations
Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect, answering questions, and responding to maintenance complaints sensitively
