Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior maintenance or related experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to property maintenance
- Availability to work Monday through Friday
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols

Job Duties
- Inspects community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Ensures common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter
- Removes trash from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- Transfers trash to dumpster or storage
- Cleans and maintains storage areas
- Completes minor and routine service requests
- Assists in apartment turn process
- Changes locks per property policy
- Ensures pool gate safety compliance
- Distributes notices and communications to residents
- Reports hazards or dangerous situations
- Provides respectful and responsive customer service
- Attends safety meetings and completes OSHA training
- Reports accidents and incidents promptly
