Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- ability to operate a golf cart
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- capable of performing physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- availability to work Monday through Friday plus rotating on-call schedule
- prior experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred
- compliance with safety and risk management policies

Job Duties
- Inspect community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- maintain all common areas and amenities free of litter
- remove trash and items from vacant apartments
- transfer trash to dumpster or storage
- clean and maintain storage areas
- complete minor and routine service requests
- assist make-ready specialists with turnovers
- change locks according to policy
- ensure pool gates function according to safety codes
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- report hazards or dangerous situations
- provide excellent customer service to residents
- adhere to safety policies and report incidents promptly
