Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or maintenance preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift weights up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to take on-call shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or similar roles
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
- Customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license for operating property golf cart
- Knowledge of safety standards and risk management
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor and routine service requests
- Assist make-ready specialist in the turn process
- Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards and maintain safety compliance
- Demonstrate customer service skills in resident interactions
