Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in groundskeeping or maintenance preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift weights up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to take on-call shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or similar roles
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
  • Customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license for operating property golf cart
  • Knowledge of safety standards and risk management
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
  • Complete minor and routine service requests
  • Assist make-ready specialist in the turn process
  • Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety standards
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards and maintain safety compliance
  • Demonstrate customer service skills in resident interactions
