Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
- ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl
- capable of pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- able to work in all weather conditions
- willing to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- capable of occasional travel
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- valid driver’s license to operate golf carts
- knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- effective communication and customer service skills
- physical capability to perform manual tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- remove trash and leftover items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- assist the make-ready specialist during unit turns
- change locks following property policies
- ensure pool area gates operate within safety codes
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- report any hazards or unsafe conditions
- demonstrate customer service skills when interacting with residents
- comply with safety and risk management policies and attend safety training
