Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
  • ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl
  • capable of pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • able to work in all weather conditions
  • willing to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • capable of occasional travel

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
  • valid driver’s license to operate golf carts
  • knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • effective communication and customer service skills
  • physical capability to perform manual tasks outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • remove trash and leftover items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • complete assigned minor and routine service requests
  • assist the make-ready specialist during unit turns
  • change locks following property policies
  • ensure pool area gates operate within safety codes
  • distribute notices and communications to residents
  • report any hazards or unsafe conditions
  • demonstrate customer service skills when interacting with residents
  • comply with safety and risk management policies and attend safety training
