Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in groundskeeping or maintenance
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other properties
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with OSHA regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule
  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds independently

Job Duties

  • Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
  • Completes assigned minor and routine service requests
  • Assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process
  • Changes all locks according to property policy and ensures pool gates comply with safety codes
  • Distributes notices and communications to residents
  • Reports hazards and potentially dangerous situations
  • Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents with respect and responding to complaints
  • Complies with safety and risk-management policies including attending safety meetings and completing required training
