Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in groundskeeping or maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other properties
- Commitment to safety and compliance with OSHA regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds independently
Job Duties
- Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- Completes assigned minor and routine service requests
- Assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- Changes all locks according to property policy and ensures pool gates comply with safety codes
- Distributes notices and communications to residents
- Reports hazards and potentially dangerous situations
- Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents with respect and responding to complaints
- Complies with safety and risk-management policies including attending safety meetings and completing required training
