Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior property maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate golf cart
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- Capacity to push, pull, lift, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or property assistance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain neat surroundings
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Job Duties
- Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and litter-free
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- Clean and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by supervisors
- Assist the make-ready specialist in apartment turns
- Change all locks according to property policy
- Ensure pool area gates comply with safety codes and standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazardous or dangerous situations promptly
- Provide respectful customer service and respond to maintenance complaints
- Comply with safety policies, attend safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report accidents accurately
