Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- must be able to work in all weather conditions
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- availability for rare or regular travel
- must be able to take call during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- good communication and customer service skills
- knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- ensure common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
- remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- transfer trash to dumpster or storage area
- clean and maintain storage areas
- complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- assist make-ready specialist in the turn process
- change locks according to property policy
- ensure pool area gates comply with codes and safety standards
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
- demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect
- comply with safety and risk-management policies, attend safety meetings, complete required safety training, report accidents and incidents promptly
