Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical capability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
  • must be able to work in all weather conditions
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • availability for rare or regular travel
  • must be able to take call during evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
  • valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
  • ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • good communication and customer service skills
  • knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
  • physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • ensure common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
  • remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • transfer trash to dumpster or storage area
  • clean and maintain storage areas
  • complete assigned minor and routine service requests
  • assist make-ready specialist in the turn process
  • change locks according to property policy
  • ensure pool area gates comply with codes and safety standards
  • distribute notices and communications to residents
  • inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
  • demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect
  • comply with safety and risk-management policies, attend safety meetings, complete required safety training, report accidents and incidents promptly
