Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate golf cart on property
- Prior experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary

Job Duties
- Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Ensures all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
- Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- Transfers trash to dumpster or storage area
- Cleans and maintains storage areas
- Completes minor and routine service requests
- Assists make-ready specialist in apartment turn process
- Changes all locks in accordance with property policy
- Ensures gates to pool areas comply with safety codes and standards
- Distributes notices and communications to residents
- Reports hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- Demonstrates customer service skills by interacting respectfully with residents
- Complies with safety and risk-management policies
- Attends and participates in safety meetings
- Completes OSHA and safety-related training
- Reports accidents and incidents promptly and accurately
