Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel rarely or regularly to support other properties or attend training
Job Qualifications

- Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required to operate golf cart on property
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- Change all locks in accordance with the propertys policy and ensure gates to all pool areas are working according to codes and safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary
- Inform appropriate supervisors of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation for residents, team members, guests and others
- Demonstrate customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering resident questions, and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services
