Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
- ability to work in varying weather conditions
- ability to lift and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- attend safety meetings and complete OSHA training
- effective communication skills
- ability to respond to emergencies promptly
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience beneficial
- ability to operate golf cart on property
- knowledge of property safety standards
- customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic understanding of maintenance procedures
Job Duties
- Inspect property for litter and debris removal
- remove trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
- complete minor service requests and assist with make-ready processes
- change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety standards
- distribute resident notices and communications
- report hazards or dangerous conditions
- provide respectful customer service and respond to resident inquiries
