Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or related field preferred
- Ability to operate golf carts and related equipment
- Basic knowledge of safety and risk management protocols
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Inspect community grounds to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor routine service requests and assist make-ready specialists
- Change locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates are functional and safe
- Distribute resident notices and communications
- Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- Demonstrate customer service by assisting residents and addressing maintenance complaints
