Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or related maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Availability for occasional travel
- Commitment to safety protocols and training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- Ability to follow safety procedures and regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically capable of performing duties in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Ensure all common areas and amenities are clean and neat
- Remove trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- Transfer trash to dumpsters or storage areas as needed
- Maintain storage areas clean and organized
- Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned
- Assist the make-ready specialist in apartment turn process
- Change all locks per property policy
- Ensure pool area gates function according to safety codes
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report any hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- Provide respectful and attentive customer service to residents
- Participate in safety meetings and training
- Report accidents and incidents accurately and promptly
- Operate golf cart with valid driver’s license
