Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- maintain car insurance at all times
- reliable transportation
- physically able to stand, walk, bend, climb, carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- able to work in all weather conditions
- able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to travel occasionally for training or supporting other properties
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in groundskeeping or maintenance roles beneficial
- basic knowledge of safety procedures
- ability to operate property vehicles such as golf carts
- strong communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Inspect community grounds to remove litter, debris, and pet waste
- remove trash and items from vacant apartments
- complete minor and routine service requests
- change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety standards
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- report hazards to supervisors
- demonstrate customer service skills
- comply with safety and risk management policies
