Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, reach, carry, and crawl
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexible work schedule including call during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Commitment to safety policies and training completion
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Inspect community areas to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor service requests and assist with apartment turns
- Change locks and ensure pool gates comply with safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards or dangerous situations promptly
- Provide respectful and responsive customer service to residents
