Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel occasionally for training or business meetings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and basic repairs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and risk management policies
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area, and clean and maintain storage areas
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- Change all locks following property policy and ensure gates to pool areas comply with safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary
- Inform supervisors of any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations
- Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents respectfully and responding sensitively to maintenance complaints
