Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl
  • Capacity to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training or property assistance
  • Commitment to complying with safety training and OSHA regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
  • Experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of safety and risk-management procedures
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions
  • Basic understanding of lock changing and property safety codes

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensure common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage, clean and maintain storage areas
  • Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by Service Supervisor or Community Manager
  • Assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
  • Change all locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates comply with safety standards
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary
  • Report any hazards or dangerous situations to appropriate supervisors
  • Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents respectfully and responding sensitively to maintenance complaints
  • Comply with safety and risk-management policies, attend safety meetings, complete required training, and report incidents promptly
