Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in maintenance or property management preferred
- Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, and crawl in confined spaces
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel occasionally for training or property support
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area, and clean and maintain storage areas
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager
- Assist make-ready specialist in apartment turn process
- Change all locks in accordance with property policy and ensure pool area gates comply with safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary
- Identify and report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations for residents, team members, and guests
- Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect and responding sensitively to maintenance-related complaints
- Comply with Greystar's safety and risk-management policies by attending safety meetings, completing required training, and reporting incidents promptly
