Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel occasionally for training or assistance at other properties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance desirable
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- Basic knowledge of safety and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment and tools safely
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- Assist make-ready specialist in the turn process
- Change all locks according to property policy and ensure pool gates meet safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
- Demonstrate customer service skills by respectful interaction with residents and responding to maintenance complaints
- Comply with safety and risk management policies and attend safety meetings
