Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with Greystar’s safety and risk-management policies
- Ability to operate a golf cart on property
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license for operating golf carts
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience working in a residential property environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Ensure common areas and amenities are clean and free of litter
- Remove trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor and routine service requests
- Assist with apartment make-ready and turnover processes
- Change locks according to property policies and maintain pool gate safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- Demonstrate respectful customer service and respond to resident inquiries and complaints
- Participate in safety meetings and trainings, and promptly report accidents or incidents
