Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must comply with Greystar’s safety and risk-management policies
  • Ability to operate a golf cart on property

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license for operating golf carts
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA requirements
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Experience working in a residential property environment is a plus

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Ensure common areas and amenities are clean and free of litter
  • Remove trash from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
  • Complete minor and routine service requests
  • Assist with apartment make-ready and turnover processes
  • Change locks according to property policies and maintain pool gate safety standards
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
  • Demonstrate respectful customer service and respond to resident inquiries and complaints
  • Participate in safety meetings and trainings, and promptly report accidents or incidents
