Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate a golf cart on property
- Previous experience in maintenance or groundskeeping preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area, and clean and maintain storage areas
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- Change all locks in accordance with property policy and ensure pool area gates operate according to safety codes and standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents as necessary
- Report any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to appropriate supervisors
- Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering questions, and responding sensitively to maintenance complaints
