Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, carrying and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to work weekends as required
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
  • Must be dependable and able to work flexible schedules
  • Commitment to providing excellent service in a senior living environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
  • Ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach, carry, stand for extended periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness and maintenance standards
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and housekeeping procedures
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

  • Maintain the inside of the building including carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, removal of trash, and upkeep of vinyl floors as assigned
  • Clean grounds and remove litter using spike stick, broom or blower
  • Assist in maintaining all grounds, buildings, apartment homes and equipment
  • Prepare apartments for move-in and complete refurbishing of units after move-out as assigned
  • Maintain the grounds including outside building repair, lawn maintenance, and garbage removal as assigned
  • Implement and document preventative maintenance programs for community and equipment as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations while performing tasks
