Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, carrying and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work weekends as required
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Must be dependable and able to work flexible schedules
- Commitment to providing excellent service in a senior living environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- Ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach, carry, stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and housekeeping procedures
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Maintain the inside of the building including carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, removal of trash, and upkeep of vinyl floors as assigned
- Clean grounds and remove litter using spike stick, broom or blower
- Assist in maintaining all grounds, buildings, apartment homes and equipment
- Prepare apartments for move-in and complete refurbishing of units after move-out as assigned
- Maintain the grounds including outside building repair, lawn maintenance, and garbage removal as assigned
- Implement and document preventative maintenance programs for community and equipment as assigned
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations while performing tasks
