Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or groundskeeping preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting and outdoor work
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work full-time
- Willingness to adhere to company policies including drug-free workplace standards

Job Duties
- Maintaining the buildings
- Keeping breezeways free from trash and cobwebs
- Sweeping and/or blowing debris
- Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
- Conducting monthly property walkthroughs
- Pressure washing the buildings
- Preparing market ready units
- Cleaning all common areas, model units and amenities
- Maintaining compactor area to be free from debris
