Job Duties
- clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms
- clean the model(s), amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- freshen all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units throughout the day to maintain market ready appeal
- assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by management
- inform supervisors of any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when reorders are necessary
