Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in maintenance or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor and manual tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Reliable transportation to the job site if offsite work is required

Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor
- Ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager
- Inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and inform the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary
