Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
  • ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, crawl in confined spaces
  • ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • ability to work in all weather conditions
  • willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • ability to respond to on-call duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
  • experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
  • knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions
  • ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
  • complete assigned minor and routine service requests
  • assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
  • change all locks according to property policy
  • ensure pool gates comply with safety standards
  • distribute notices and communications to residents
  • inform supervisors of potential hazards
  • demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect and responding to maintenance complaints
  • comply with safety and risk-management policies
