Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
- ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, crawl in confined spaces
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to work in all weather conditions
- willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
- ability to respond to on-call duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions
- ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- change all locks according to property policy
- ensure pool gates comply with safety standards
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- inform supervisors of potential hazards
- demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect and responding to maintenance complaints
- comply with safety and risk-management policies
