Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry, and crawl in confined areas
- able to work outside in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, wind, and sleet
- able to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to travel occasionally for training or to assist other properties
Job Qualifications

- valid driver’s license
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in various weather conditions
- basic knowledge of maintenance and property management practices
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to follow safety procedures and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
- removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process, transfers trash to dumpster or storage area, and cleans storage areas
- completes assigned minor and routine service requests
- assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- changes all locks according to property policy and ensures pool area gates comply with safety standards
- distributes notices and communications to residents
- informs supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
- demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect and responding to complaints
- complies with safety and risk-management policies by attending safety meetings, completing required training, and reporting incidents promptly
