Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver's license to operate golf cart
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with safety and risk management policies
- Ability to attend training and safety meetings
- Ability to report accidents and incidents accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or similar roles preferred
- Ability to operate golf carts and other property equipment
- Basic knowledge of safety and risk management protocols
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license required
Job Duties
- Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and maintain neat common areas and amenities
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned
- Change locks per property policy and ensure pool area gates comply with safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards or dangerous situations promptly to supervisors
- Provide respectful customer service by addressing resident questions and complaints
- Comply with safety policies by attending meetings, completing training, and reporting incidents
