Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license to operate golf cart
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
  • Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must comply with safety and risk management policies
  • Ability to attend training and safety meetings
  • Ability to report accidents and incidents accurately

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or similar roles preferred
  • Ability to operate golf carts and other property equipment
  • Basic knowledge of safety and risk management protocols
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license required

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and maintain neat common areas and amenities
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process and maintain storage areas
  • Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned
  • Change locks per property policy and ensure pool area gates comply with safety standards
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards or dangerous situations promptly to supervisors
  • Provide respectful customer service by addressing resident questions and complaints
  • Comply with safety policies by attending meetings, completing training, and reporting incidents
