Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred
  • valid driver's license
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
  • ability to lift and move weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to travel occasionally
  • strong commitment to safety and risk-management policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred
  • valid driver's license to operate golf carts
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • basic knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready
  • complete minor and routine service requests
  • assist the make-ready specialist in turn process
  • change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety standards
  • distribute notices and communications to residents
  • inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
  • demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect
  • comply with safety and risk-management policies
  • attend safety meetings and trainings
  • report accidents and incidents promptly
