Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred
- valid driver's license
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- ability to lift and move weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to travel occasionally
- strong commitment to safety and risk-management policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred
- valid driver's license to operate golf carts
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds with assistance

Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready
- complete minor and routine service requests
- assist the make-ready specialist in turn process
- change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety standards
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
- demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect
- comply with safety and risk-management policies
- attend safety meetings and trainings
- report accidents and incidents promptly
