Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Capable of working in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work on-call during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 25 pounds independently
- Experience in property maintenance or groundskeeping preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA requirements
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- Assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process
- Change all locks in accordance with property policy
- Ensure pool area gates comply with codes and safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Inform supervisors about hazards or dangerous situations
- Provide respectful customer service by answering resident questions and responding to complaints
- Comply with safety and risk-management policies and attend safety meetings
- Report accidents and incidents promptly and accurately
