Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
  • ability to work in all weather conditions
  • ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • flexible work schedule including on-call rotations
  • ability to attend training, meetings, or travel as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in groundskeeping or maintenance roles preferred
  • valid driver's license to operate golf cart
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • demonstrated customer service skills
  • knowledge of safety and risk management procedures
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
  • remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
  • transfer trash to dumpster or storage area and maintain storage areas
  • complete assigned minor and routine service requests
  • assist make-ready specialist in turn process
  • change all locks according to property policy
  • ensure pool area gates comply with safety standards
  • distribute notices and communications to residents
  • inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations
  • demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect and responding to complaints
  • comply with safety and risk-management policies and report incidents promptly
