Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
- valid driver's license to operate golf cart
- ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift weights up to 50 pounds
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- flexibility to work a rotating on-call schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to travel occasionally as needed
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA compliance
- ability to perform physical tasks and lift weights as required

Job Duties
- Inspects community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- removes trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- completes minor and routine service requests
- assists make-ready specialist in turn process
- changes locks according to property policy
- ensures pool gate safety and compliance
- distributes notices and communications to residents
- reports hazards and potentially dangerous situations
- demonstrates customer service skills and responds to resident complaints
- complies with safety and risk-management policies, attends safety meetings, completes required training, reports accidents promptly
