Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and ability to follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined areas
- Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic maintenance and property upkeep knowledge
Job Duties
- Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready
- Complete minor and routine service requests as directed
- Assist make-ready specialists during apartment turnover
- Change locks following property policy and ensure pool gates comply with safety codes
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards and safety issues promptly
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by treating residents with respect and responding to maintenance complaints
- Participate in safety meetings and training, report accidents according to company policies
