Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations and ability to follow safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined areas
  • Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic maintenance and property upkeep knowledge

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready
  • Complete minor and routine service requests as directed
  • Assist make-ready specialists during apartment turnover
  • Change locks following property policy and ensure pool gates comply with safety codes
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards and safety issues promptly
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service by treating residents with respect and responding to maintenance complaints
  • Participate in safety meetings and training, report accidents according to company policies
