Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work a flexible schedule including rotating on-call
- physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to work in various weather conditions
- compliance with safety and risk-management policies
- ability to complete required state and local certifications
Job Qualifications

- ability to inspect work performed by contractors and service providers
- knowledge of safety standards and risk management
- experience with general maintenance and repair tasks
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service
- performs preventative maintenance on the property
- completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins
- follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, and tools
- completes documentation and paperwork accurately and timely
- assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities
- supports cost-cutting and expense control programs
