Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including rotating on-call
  • physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • able to work in various weather conditions
  • compliance with safety and risk-management policies
  • ability to complete required state and local certifications

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to inspect work performed by contractors and service providers
  • knowledge of safety standards and risk management
  • experience with general maintenance and repair tasks
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service
  • performs preventative maintenance on the property
  • completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins
  • follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, and tools
  • completes documentation and paperwork accurately and timely
  • assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities
  • supports cost-cutting and expense control programs
